Plan4all, z.s. (P4A) is a non-profit association driving digital innovation through the integration of geospatial technologies, artificial intelligence, and open data. Based in Czechia, Plan4all acts as a collaborative platform connecting ICT companies, research institutions, universities, and public authorities across Europe and beyond.

As an umbrella organisation with partners from more than 20 countries, Plan4ll facilitates cooperation in European and international research and innovation projects. The association develops and maintains open data platforms and spatial APIs, supports the integration of AI and remote sensing for agriculture and environmental applications, and fosters knowledge exchange through hackathons, training activities, and community-driven initiatives.

Role in BioClima
In BioClima, Plan4all leads communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement. With its experience in running large-scale pilots and open calls, Plan4all ensures that project results are not only visible, but usable and impactful for a wide audience – from public authorities to SMEs and citizen scientists.
